Our Products
OM alloys
OM alloys (formerly HZ alloys) wear-resistant copper alloys
Product characteristics
- High hardness, with excellent wear resistance.
- Excellent contact smoothness with a low coefficient of friction.
- Smooth, preventing catching damage from jamming and overheating.
- This allows for greater limiting drawing ratios in mold designs.
- Reduces mold creation costs and helps reduce time to delivery by eliminating heat treatment and surface treatment processes.
Applications
OM28 material
Rolls for forming: Stainless steel pipe, titanium pipe and other roll materials for forming
OM33 material
Mold materials for press-forming, such as stainless steel, titanium, high-strength copper sheeting, surface-treated copper sheeting, aluminum and more

Machinability
High hardness for a copper alloy, with excellent smoothness resulting in an alloy that resists machining.
We use ultra-hard machining tools for this alloy. (Usage classification code: JIS K10)
